Overview

Attached to the Front Office division, the Junior Customer Relation Officer supports the Principal Customer Relation Officer in the execution of the commercial action plan, the management and the coordination of activities related to the guarantees provided and to be provided by our institution to the partner banks. He works in close collaboration with the internal teams, in particular the portfolio department for the follow-up of portfolio files, partner banks and customers to guarantee a smooth guarantee process and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist the Principal Customer Relations Officer in the evaluation of warranty claims to verify their eligibility and compliance with established policies and procedures;
Assist the Principal Customer Relations Officer in maintaining customer relations;
Assist the Principal Customer Relations Officer in organizing meetings with partners;
Assist in the preparation of regular reports on portfolio guarantee activities, performance, trends and key indicators;
Collaboration in tandem with the Junior Portfolio Officer on client files;
Follow-up of the agenda of the Principal Customer Relations Officer;

Qualifications

University degree (minimum Bac+3) in a relevant field, such as finance, business management or international trade;
Knowledge of financial regulations;

Required Skills

Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities,
Fluency in written and oral English (required),
Overall mastery of the office tool,
Dynamism, adaptability, organization, rigor and creativity.
