Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and in relation to personal data provided to ETC Invest SpA, we inform as follows:

2. Categories of personal data processed
Personal data also provided through the online form on the company website (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone) are optional and strictly necessary for the purpose of business activities, however failure to do so could result in the impossibility to provide services.
3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data provided and stored or received through the online form, will be processed for the purpose of responding to any requests for information, providing assistance, support services and issuing a contract.
4. Methods of data processing
The processing of personal data will be carried out by trained personnel and done by manual, computerized or telematic means, suitable for the purpose of guaranteeing security and in compliance with confidentiality obligations.
5. Communication and Disclosure of personal data
Personal data collected may be transferred to third parties that provide services relating to Company’s activities and with which specific agreements have been signed in accordance with the regulations in force in the management of the activities (for example accounting purposes) and application of applicable industry standards (eg Mailchimp, Senderinblue). Furthermore, data may be communicated to companies belonging to ETC Group solely for the purposes describes in point 3.
In addition, the information may be disclosed if necessary upon request to the Judicial Authority or Public Security. The personal data collected will not be disseminated under any circumstances.
6. Data retention period
Data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed or until the withdrawal of consent. The verification of obsolescence of data stored is carried out periodically and in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.
7. Rights of the data subject
The personal data subject has the right to request access, rectification, deletion, erasure, restriction and purpose limitation to object of personal data, require data portability and withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. These and other rights provided by the GDPR can be asserted through simple written communication to the Owner at gdpr@etcgroup.it.
