Overview

The Portfolio Office is a Service attached to the Division or office of the Front Office, with the Services or Departments Customer Relationship Management CRM and Marketing. The Portfolio Office intern assists the Principal Portfolio Officer in receiving, managing and monitoring client files.

Responsibilities

Assist Principal Portfolio on the various current and future files as well as in his daily tasks;
Organize new files to be created in the database;
Track customer emails, handle calls and take messages;
Follow the information received or to be transmitted to other services;
Prepare weekly and monthly case tracking reports

Qualifications

Professional License (BAC+3) in Banking and Finance (or equivalent diploma)
Mastery of office tools;
Have some knowledge of business law;
Fluency in written and oral English (strongly desired);
Dynamism, Adaptability, Ability to learn, Sense of hospitality and relationship;
