Dates: April 7 to 10, 2026 | Location: Cotonou, Benin

It is with great pleasure that we bring together our delegations from Italy, Cameroon, and Benin under the sunny skies of Cotonou. This plenary seminar is a unique opportunity to reunite, celebrate our successes, and strengthen the bonds that make our group so strong. Together, let’s build the future of ETC!

📅 Your Detailed Agenda

Day 0: Monday, April 6 | Arrivals

Warm welcome for the Cameroon delegation mid-afternoon, followed by the Italy delegation late in the evening.
Transfer to respective hotels and free time for dinner to enjoy a first convivial moment.

Day 1: Tuesday, April 7 | Immersion & Inspiration

Morning: Departure for the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone and tour of the facilities (ACC and Benin Textile Corporation). (Dress Code: Formal / Business Attire).
Afternoon: Official kickoff and lunch at Novotel Cotonou Orisha. Followed by a working session on missions and policies.

Day 2: Wednesday, April 8 | Vision & Synergy

Morning (Public Plenary): Grand plenary session at the Sofitel featuring speeches from the ETC Presidency and FAGACE. Topics will cover our economic performance, ESG and social impact, and the cohesion of our ecosystem. (Dress Code: Formal / Business Attire).
Afternoon (Private Plenary): Business Unit reports, presentation of the 2025-2028 strategic plan, and group workshops.
Evening: Cocktail reception to wrap up this day of sharing.

Day 3: Thursday, April 9 | Exploration & Celebration

Morning: Sightseeing excursion to Ouidah, including the Slave Route and the Door of No Return.
Afternoon: Lunch and relaxation at the Native Hotel before returning to Cotonou.
Evening: Grand Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

Day 4: Friday, April 10 | Culture & Closing

Morning: Tour of the royal treasures in Togbin and discovery of Wini-Wini Island.
Afternoon: Farewell lunch by the pool. Choose your menu
Evening / Next Day: Airport transfers and departure of the delegations.

The ETC Presidency is delighted to invite you to an exceptional evening of elegance.

Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Time: From 7:00 PM for welcome and photos; the evening officially begins at 8:00 PM.
Location: Résidence LENARDON, Quartier TOGBIN – lot 475 Cotonou.
Dress Code: Evening wear in White and Gold.
RSVP: Please confirm your attendance by March 25, 2026.

🧳 Practical Information & Well-being

To ensure your comfort during this trip, please note the following information:

Formalities & Arrival:

Ensure you have a valid passport, your printed E-Visa, and the ETC invitation letter.
Important: The yellow fever vaccine is mandatory to enter Benin (international vaccination certificate required).

On-site:

Connectivity: A local physical SIM card with an internet data plan will be provided upon your arrival. High-speed Wi-Fi is free at the hotel.
Currency: CFA Franc (XOF). The exchange rate is approximately 1 EUR to 655 XOF. You can exchange money at the airport or the hotel.
Weather: Expect temperatures between 28°C and 34°C with high humidity. The sun has a very high UV index.

Health & Packing List:

Pack light clothing (cotton, linen) and comfortable shoes for the tours.
Bring your sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (SPF 50 recommended), and mosquito repellent.
Don’t forget your basic personal medications.
