With the term “whistleblowing” we mean the report made by al person who, while working within or on behalf of ETC Invest S.p.A., in this business context,, is witness of unlawful -potentially harmful behaviour (even if only in terms of reputation), to the organisation of which he is part of and/or for the whole community—and decides to report it to the organisation itself.
Behaviours, acts, or omissions that harm public interest and the integrity of the private entity can be reported, and these may include:

External (established and managed by the company Ithikios).
Internal (through a dedicated telephone number).
The choice of the reporting channel is not at the discretion of the whistleblower; the external channel must be used as a priority. It is possible to make an internal report only under conditions expressly provided by regulations.

The Whistleblowing Reporting Portal is structured to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the individuals involved, anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and its documentation. It is also designed to ensure the protection of the personal data of these individuals. For this reason, it is recommended to exclusively use the online platform.
If you choose to submit a report, please complete the online form by accessing the link below “Access the Whistleblowing Platform.” Once the report is submitted, the system will assign a personal account (report ID), and you will need to choose a password.
These credentials (report ID and password) are strictly personal to ensure the confidentiality of the report. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the whistleblower to keep them for next access to the platform and to monitor responses and/or any requests for information regarding the submitted reports.
The management of violation reports falls under the responsibility of the Supervisory Body of ETC Invest S.p.A. Please refer to the Whistleblowing Procedure Guidelines of ETC Invest S.p.A. for further details.
