With the term “whistleblowing” <\/strong>we mean the report made by al person who, while working within or on behalf of ETC Invest S.p.A., in this business context,,  is witness of unlawful -potentially harmful  behaviour  (even if only in terms of reputation), to the organisation of which he is part of and\/or for  the whole  community\u2014and decides to report it to the organisation itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behaviours, acts, or omissions that harm public interest and the integrity of the private entity can be reported, and these may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Violations of specific European and national regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Violations of Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001 and the Organisational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001 and\/or the Code of Ethics of ETC Invest S.p.A.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Reporting channels available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    External (established and managed by the company Ithikios).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Internal (through a dedicated telephone number).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The choice of the reporting channel is not at the discretion of the whistleblower; the external channel must be used as a priority. It is possible to make an internal report only under conditions expressly provided by regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The external channel is the only one that can be used for violations of point 2 above, in the following form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
